These terms apply to games published by Saltwater Games and to this website. Additional details for Broadside appear below. By using a game or this website, you agree to these terms and any applicable App Store terms.

Using our games

You may use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment under the rules of the store where you obtained them. Do not interfere with a game or its services, attempt unauthorized access, harm other players or services, or use our content commercially without permission.

Our content

Saltwater Games owns or licenses its games' software, artwork, audio, names, and other content. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Broadside: purchases and virtual items

Broadside offers virtual coins, a starter pack, and a No Ads purchase through Apple's in-app purchase system. Prices are shown before purchase. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Consumable coin packs are not restored by the Restore Purchases button after use; iCloud syncing can preserve saved progress when available. Eligible non-consumable purchases can be restored in game settings. Apple handles refund requests under its policies and applicable law.

Broadside: ads and progress

Broadside may show full-screen ads between battles and optional rewarded ads. No Ads removes full-screen ads but leaves optional rewarded ads available. Rewards and ad availability may vary. Progress is saved on your device and may sync through iCloud when available. We cannot guarantee that every saved game can be recovered.

Availability and updates

We may update our games, including content, balance, and features. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is used. Apple and Google services used by Broadside are subject to their own terms and policies.

Legal rights and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our games and website are provided as available. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent the law permits. Nothing here limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
